At the Daily download the inventory is updated with all products sold and an Inventory Status Report is printed. These functions can be automated. Changes to Inventory in Back Office are automatically updated on the Ruby. Fuel prices are also updated from Back Office. Cashier passwords automatically generated at Back Office and updated on the Ruby. Provide for backup of all Ruby configuration files for quick restore in case of equipment malfunction. |
