Provides for automatically downloading all shifts as soon as they are closed. Upon download the inventory is updated with the shift sales by item. All shifts downloaded may be viewed anytime on screen and/or printed, also the corresponding detailed products list of the shift's sales showing updated inventory quantity sold and profit margin. On the Shift screen view the short/over may be adjusted and documented. The Shifts and Daily reports may also be downloaded manually.

Changes to Inventory in Back Office are automatically updated on the Ruby. Fuel prices are also updated from Back Office. Cashier passwords automatically generated at Back Office and updated on the Ruby.

Provides for backup of all Ruby configuration and data files for quick restore in case of equipment malfunction.
